As we know, Most heavy-duty trucks use dual air brake systems for safety. and stopping A dual air brake system has two separate air brake systems, which use a single set of brake controls. Each system has its own air tanks, hoses, lines, etc. One system typically operates the regular brakes on the rear axle or axles. The other system operates the regular brakes on the front axle (and possibly one rear axle). Both systems supply air to the trailer (if there is one). The first system is named the “primary” system. The other is named the “secondary” system. .Before driving a vehicle with a dual air system, allow time for the air compressor to build up a minimum of 95-100 psi pressure in both the primary and secondary systems. Watch the primary and secondary air pressure gauges (or needles, if the system has two needles in one gauge). Pay attention to the low air pressure warning light and buzzer. The warning light and buzzer should shut off when air pressure in both systems rises to a value set by the manufacturer. This value must be greater than 60 psi.
The warning light and buzzer should come on before the air pressure drops below 60 psi in either system. If this happens while driving, you should stop right away and safely park the vehicle. If one air system is very low on pressure, either the front or the rear brakes will not be operating fully. This means it will take you longer to stop. Bring the vehicle to a safe stop, and have the air brakes system inspected and repaired

Radiator Hoses -the Precautions in the repairing

As we konw,a hose is a hose, right? Well, generally this is true, but not when it comes to your radiator. Most people assume any old black hose from the parts store will do. This is wrong and can lead to hugely expensive problems like engine replacements!
Heat is the biggest threat to your engine. There are plenty of other potential threats, but uncontrolled heat can melt the internal components of your engine in less than 15 minutes. Controlling heat is incredibly important. Keeping your oil topped off is one step. Keeping your cooling system in tip top shape is also incredibly important.
What is the weak spot of any coolant system? The answer is the radiator hoses. These rubber composite hoses are actually very hardy. Still, they are under a lot of strain. The top hose connecting to the radiator is the transport for searing hot water. The bottom hose is put under vacuum pressure by the pump circulating the coolant/water mixture. Frankly, it is a surprise these two hoses last as long as they do.
Being a good car owner, you’ll keep an eye on the coolant hoses. After a bit, you notice they are starting to show signs of wear – bulging, softness and discoloration. You decide to replace them and head down to the parts store to find replacements. This is where things can go wrong. If you are a manly man, you aren’t going to ask for any help. You’ll just size up the potential hoses and go with the version that looks to be the same size as your current hoses. You may have just taken years off the life of your engine or killed it outright. How so? How could hoses make such a difference? Let’s take a closer look.
The two hoses connecting your radiator to the engine block deal with two different conditions. As we mentioned above, the top hose is moving hot water while the bottom hose is moving cooler water, but under a vacuum. You need a different hose for each of these conditions. The bottom hose must be the type that has metal wiring built into it. Why? The rubber will breakdown under the continual vacuum. This will cause the hose to squeeze together and reduce the coolant flow. You engine will start to overheat. At a minimum, this will take years off the life of the engine. If the hose cuts off to much of the flow, the engine can burn up in as little as 15 minutes. Yikes!
The top hose deals with different issues. The heated coolant/water mix coming out of the engine is brutally hot. This is not a good place to have wires. Instead, you want a basic rubber composite hose that can bend. It will be able to take the heat, but will degrade much slower than a wire embedded hose.
Replacing radiator hoses is fairly simple. The only issue is really making sure you have the correct hoses for both the bottom and top of the coolant system.

Currently ,More and more Nylon Tubing is replaced and employed as fuel line against rubber hoses and metal pipe in automotive applications. Nylon tube has comparatively smoother and cleaner internal surface and its installation is quick and easy. It is capable of working at high temperature and pressure in trucks and cars. It is fully resistant to automotive fuels like petrol and diesel. All these qualities make Nylon Tube favorable for many OEMs.
Nylon-6, Nylon-12 and Nylon-11 are mainly preferred to manufacture Nylon Tubes. Some manufacturers also use Nylon6-10 and some even use Nylon 6-12. Few manufacturers have started using Nylon12-12 to make tubes to be used as fuel lines. Different applications require different types of Nylons.
